Michael Yarbrough
President & CEO
Michael Yarbrough founded Laser One, Inc. in 1989. Prior to Laser One, Mike was a financial analyst and Commercial Loan Officer with First American National Bank. Mike's first job out of college (in 1981) was with Rockwell International, Power Tool Division, as a Manufacturing Management Trainee. During college Mike worked two summers with the Southwestern Company as a book salesman and student manager. He is happily married to Sheila and has two grown children, Elizabeth and Hunter. Hobbies include reading, sailing, golfing and triathlons (swimming, biking, and running).

Hunter Yarbrough
Controller
Hunter graduated from Samford University with a degree in Finance in 2008. From 2008-2010 he worked for BBVA Compass Bank in Birmingham, AL in retail banking sales. In 2010, he and his wife, Sarah, moved to the 12South District of Nashville, where they are involved in a church plant, Ekklesia Nashville. Sarah is a fourth grade teacher in south Nashville at Glendale Elementary School.

Josh Nunnally
COO
Joshua joined the Laser One team in 2008. He served customers as part of the Inside Sales team before transitioning to Chief Operations Officer in 2011. Josh came to Laser One from the YMCA Association Office in Nashville, where he was employed for 3 years. He graduated from the University of Louisiana – Monroe in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in History. He lives in West Nashville with his wife, Elizabeth, and two dogs, Ghost and Gracie. Josh is very eager to delve into his role as COO in 2013 and see Laser One grow and prosper.

Mike Jezek
Business Development Officer
Mike has more than 32 years of leadership in the YMCA, one of the most highly regarded and recognized non-profit organizations in the world. He has held a full range of positions and senior level executive roles including President/CEO. He brings creative and innovative methods of business development in this ever-changing climate. Mike's skills encompass increasing revenue and growing new revenue streams, increasing customer base, improving customer service, and human capital development. He has experience in market sizes, such as, Houston, Atlanta, South Florida, and Nashville. Mike has led organizations from budgets of $500K to $16M with strong growth results in earned revenue and donated dollars. He has guided organizations through a merger, viable strategic plans and organizational re-structuring. He has a passion for developing strong staff and volunteer teams with clear and concise goals and engagement. Mike has a background in financing, design, proformas and construction of multi-million dollar projects that required feasibility and market studies along with a strong capital development strategy. Mike attended Austin College (Sherman, TX) and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Physical Education & Business Administration from East Texas State University (Commerce, TX). |
