Luther is in his fourth year with Laser One.  He has also recently served as a financial/accounting consultant for two companies in the Nashville area. Prior to his current position, he was owner of Hazel Path Management Company, a commercial real estate manager. Luther has also served as Assistant Athletic Director and Business Manager for the Vanderbilt University Athletic Department. Before working at Vanderbilt, from 1984 to 1992, he was a Vice President and Controller and then the Chief Financial Officer of Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc., a publicly traded owner and operator of outpatient surgery centers. From 1982 to 1984, Luther worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 1982 with a B.S. degree in accounting.  He is married and has three grown children.
